Find Your Sparkle again with these 10 Tips!!

A quick, glitzy, shiny post to inspire you to find your sparkle again and rekindle your love of all things YOU:

  1. Write a list of the things that make you smile.
  2. List the the things you'd like to see more of in your life. 
  3. Start a visual-style scrapbook and include images of things you love - fashion, hairstyles, home decor etc - anything that makes you smile.
  4. Be adventurous - try one new thing a week and boost your confidence.
  5. See a stylist - get your colours done and discover how wearing the right colours can make you sparkle - just wait for the compliments!
  6. Exercise - just do whatever you can, whenever you can - 30 mins of walking every couple of days will make all the difference - just feel those endorphins!
  7. Pamper yourself - get a massage, have a facial, change your hairstyle.
  8. Invite your friends over for afternoon tea and giggle with glee - laughter is loaded with confidence boosting goodness. 
  9. Be daring and issue your friends with a 5 question survey asking them to list the things they love about you and more.
  10. Reflect every day - take some time each day to sit in solitude and reflect and be grateful for what you already have - you may just find that your sparkle never left you after all!!
